Convivio was born in the majestic mountains of Champlas Séguin, in the historic locality of Colomb, where the shadow of Monte Chaberton welcomes people, traditions and good food. ALliamo created an inn where tradition and innovation merge, where territory and respect for the customer are the fundamental values of conviviality. Tradition and innovation combine in harmony to offer a gastronomic experience made of simplicity, balance and authenticity.
