Our Chefs

Biagio & Marco

Born in 2001, Biagio Taddei and Marco Verrone are the four hands leading the kitchen at Convivio. Piedmontese by birth and Apulian by heritage, they bring with them deep roots and fresh perspectives. Their cuisine is born from the meeting of local tradition and contemporary research. They trained in some of the finest Michelin-starred kitchens in Piedmont, as well as in the most authentic restaurants of Turin’s culinary scene. Marco and Biagio share both a common professional journey and a natural harmony that can be felt in every dish. They work in unison to welcome and surprise every guest who crosses the threshold of Convivio. Young, yet already rich in experience, they approach cuisine with energy and rigour. Their aim is to write something different: to move people by telling the story of the territory through taste and creativity.
