BOOKING POLICY

To reserve a table at CONVIVIO, please complete all required fields and press the “submit” button. Once your online reservation is completed, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder, verify the accuracy of the information entered, and then contact us. A credit card is required as a guarantee for the reservation.

RESERVATION MODIFICATION POLICY

– Changes to the number of guests, whether an increase or decrease, can be made up to 48 hours before the reservation date by contacting the restaurant at +39 334 2309765. Reductions in the number of guests on the same day of the reservation will not be accepted, and a penalty of €50.00 will be charged for each absent guest not previously communicated.
After the 48-hour deadline, requests to increase the number of guests must be made promptly. Availability will be evaluated based on restaurant capacity. Should existing reservations not allow for significant changes in guest numbers, we reserve the right not to accommodate the request.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND PENALTIES

Up to 48 hours before the reservation date, bookings may be cancelled independently using the CANCEL link included in the confirmation email you received.

Within 24 hours of the reservation date, it is no longer possible to cancel or reschedule a booking, and the pre-authorized amount will be retained.

The penalty is €50.00 per guest, as described in the disclaimer included in the confirmation email, and applies in the event of:

• No-show
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the reservation date
• Failure to communicate changes in the number of guests less than 24 hours before the reservation date

LATE ARRIVALS

Please promptly notify us of any delays by contacting +39 334 2309765 or sending a WhatsApp message. Without prior notice, for delays exceeding 30 minutes, management reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply the penalty fee.

For arrivals after 9:30 PM, it will no longer be possible to enjoy the “Fuori dalle Righe” tasting menu. The à la carte menu will still remain available.

FORCE MAJEURE

Management reserves the right to modify or cancel a reservation in the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances beyond the restaurant’s control.
